Does the site cost anything?

No, the site is absolutely FREE to use for job seekers, except for the Video Mock Interview module. The Video Mock Interview costs as low as $44.99 per interview. For Employers, basic Job Posting and Resume Search is absolutely FREE. For other products for Employers, you can see the Pricing Model here.

Do I have to be a member to do a job search?

No. You do not need to register in order to search jobs with a 360 view. You can find insider connections using your social networks (LinkedIn and Facebook) for each job posting, without registering at the site. But you do need to register to apply for jobs on the Mylatch site and take advantage of the features of social network integration, creating your brand with a webCV and a host of other very powerful features specifically designed with the job seeker in mind. Registration is absolutely FREE and you can skip Registration if you have a Facebook account.

How can I use the site if I'm not looking for a job?

You can use our site to create a personal brand online that includes all of your digital footprint brought to life, sort of like an online resume brought to life with pictures, videos, slideshows and your references. Our deep integration of social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter will  let you leverage your networks, find insider connections to any target company and maintain a list of structured references.

Will my profile be available through online search engines? How do you protect my privacy?

We care fanatically about your privacy. We do not sell your information or that of people you refer to jobs to third parties. Please read our Privacy Commitment for further information. Please note that your active profile is public and can be found through Internet search engines and/or by registered employers searching the career site for candidates. If you do not want your information to be searchable, then please select “Private” under Job Search Type. This will prevent your webCV from appearing in any of the searches conducted by employers on our site. Additionally, you can also block specific employers from accessing your information.

I'm ready to look for jobs. Where do I start?

It's easy to search for jobs, and you don't have to register or be a member. From the home page click on Find Jobs and you will get to the Job Search Page directly. For each job you can see who in your LinkedIn network can connect you to that company, you can see who within your Facebook network an connect you to that company. You can also find recruiters on Twitter from that company using the Twellow application.

You'll find two types of jobs: jobs posted by Mylatch employers and jobs we've found from across the web. Note that we only list jobs that are available within the USA.

How do I apply for a job that I find?

Open the job you are interested in by clicking on the title. You will find a pull-down tab called “Apply” at the top of the page, the Apply button on the panel in the left hand side of the job posting and also at the bottom of the page. You can use any of these three ways to apply for a job.

How do I retrieve my password?

To retrieve your password, simply click on the "Forgot my password" link under the sign in field, from your home page. We will send you an email with a link to change the password. With the correct email address and new password, you should be able to access your profile. If not, please contact us with the specific error message you are receiving.

How do I close my account?

Just write to customer-service@mylatch.com and instruct us to delete your account. Within 24 hrs, we will verify the request and will delete your account.
