When & How?

The idea of Mylatch came to the founder, Pratik Roychoudhury, in 2007, during a brief stint as a Director of Operations in a staffing & recruiting company.  He found the traditional recruiting process to be archaic, haphazard and ineffective. He also felt that there was no comprehensive, all encompassing online tool for job seekers that leveraged personal branding and social networks in a meaningful way.  He knew there had to be a better talent matching platform. At that same time Pratik was also enrolled in the MBA program at The Wharton School, University of Pensylvania. His classes in Entrepreneurial Management, helped him to start formulating the early versions of the blue print of Mylatch. The company launched its beta site on Sept 8th, 2009.
